Candidates will learn all the water specific protocols to assess and program their client(s) in terms of posture, muscular balance, muscular strength, flexibility, balance, and CV. The manual has the many user ready forms to help track and progress your clients and give them results. Learn how to develop specialized programs that are skillfully and progressively crafted.
Discover infinite ways to make programs interesting and effective using either buoyant or resistive equipment -stuff that floats versus stuff that sinks. This training workshop will provide a smart system to progress or intensify all exercises. Conversely, modifying or decreasing intensity will be reviewed. Learn to target all major muscle groups using the properties and protection of water. Build a varied and interesting gym of the future. Equipment such as open and closed cell noodles, splash balls, dumbbells, flex paddles, cuffs, tubing, fit bands, boxers, kickers, steps and buoyancy belts may be utilized. Candidates do not need access to the pool – we will be reviewing all exercises and protocols as if we are on deck. Have a chair handy with your water bottle and ideally have some equipment like a noodle to simulate the exercises.
