All participants may not be able to perform the same exercises at the same level of resistance, therefore you need a variety of exercises to provide safety yet some challenge. Use one paddle or two.
This program shows the many ways to incorporate flex-paddles for a portion of a class or for a full program. Learn how to balance muscular training with cardiovascular conditioning, flexibility, agility and coordination.
