Saturday, February 21, 2026 8:00am-4:00pm -This practical training will provide  general structure to lead and design land group exercise programs for total body fitness.  Learn to utilizing basic moves and techniques to adjust intensity. Review a variety of stretching, cardio and strengthening inventory to build a motivating and enjoyable group exercise program for a variety of skills and personalities. Options: 16.0 or 8.0 hour CEC Workshops or Full Certification Course
