Description
This land functional training workshop will review a contemporary approach to movement on land and focus will be on muscular strength, flexibility and core stability with this workshop.
The goal of this program is to help instructors facilitate easy-to-follow routines for multi-level programs. The course will teach you how to use music effectively as well as how to develop basic exercise patterns for a flowing land class with music while strengthening the total body.

Course Registration Fee Includes:

- Sessions will be facilitated via Zoom (we email you the links to access the program the day before the event).
- Candidates training virtually must have video camera on and mic working for zoom session.

Get Comfortable and have ready to work with in your own home

(if you have one to toss as well as Fit Ball to sit on) - Get your Lunch or snack(s) ready -we will break about 30 minutes at 12:30 pm (approximately)
