Virtual Via Zoom – Arthritis H2O Training

 Saturday, January  10  & 24, 2026  1pm-5pm EST  This session will review common forms of arthritis, exercise design & safety guidelines and help you to design a class with functional range of motion as well as provide arthritis-specific exercise inventory. This session may be done in regular pools or warm water temperature pools. Course Options Available:  16.0, 8.0 CEC Workshops or Full Certification

Note: You do not need a pool to become a part of this event. You will need internet with a camera & microphone to access the zoom/vimeo training. Ideally have enough space for you to get up in move.
