WaterART Pilates and Dance program is an integrated system designed to help people learn, or re-learn, optimal postural stability and balance for the body.
This program blends principles of concentration, control, precision, breathing, fluidity with mind-body orchestration. Water Pilates will provide a unique inventory of exercise ideas and progressions for both warm and cool pools.
The program utilizes a variety of equipment including buoyancy belts, noodles, air filled balls, training finns, kick boards and WaterART mitts.
