Description
This introductory program will help participants apply advanced scientific principles for on-on-one or small group training. Candidates will review the video programs to learn how to set up and program general clientele. Learning 10 ways to effectively target components of fitness and performance, as well as reviewing why water training is unique to land program is key to understand when entering this industry. Providing more individual specificity of training will help instructors to learn how to balance a total body program for their many clients that come to programs. Learn how to target specific exercise goals such as muscular strength, cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, balance and posture training. Review how to apply aquatic equipment for progression and overload.
Prerequisites
Everyone may utilize this program to upgrade their qualifications or to gain 16.0 CECs for re-Certification process.
