Description
The noodle is an excellent piece of equipment that will provide support and confidence to beginners, yet offer a challenging water exercise program for the more experienced. This program offers a wide variety of noodle exercises suitable for a shallow water program. See the many adaptations and progressions that can be used to accommodate a wide variety of particiants within the same class.
