If you are looking for new ideas to add to your sit and stand program then adding some mindful movements is a great way to help your classes relax and enjoy a stress free class. This class utilizes a chair so that seniors do not have to stand the entire class to participate. Excellent for breathing , relaxation and stretching exercises.
Industry standards require that all professionals need to renew their qualifications every two (2) years. Everyone is welcome to do this package as a renewal of your qualifications. Upon successful completion of quizzes you will automatically be updated for your for 16.0 CECs for recertification or Qualifications and all Certifications on file (land and/or water ) will be updated. Your Membership discount applies on this product 20% when logged in.
