The foundation of deep-water exercise is balance and control. This program will demonstrate the fundamental deep water moves with special emphasis on the abdominals to maintain body alignment. Learn to “dig” into the water for strength and speed instead of floating through your deep water workout. Excellent muscular conditioning sets – great for any athlete or seasoned participant.
