What is TriAQUAfun™?
It combines running, cycling and finning or swimming for a total body workout. The goals of the program are to:
- Build camaraderie and introduce new people to the sport of water fitness.
- Raise awareness of the sport of water fitness.
- Award prizes for Gold, Silver and Bronze level performances.
- Give you the necessary educational tools to take the program back to your Center or facility and develop your own programs to boost member participation.
Help clients enjoy the sport of water fitness and teach them to optimize the unique properties of water for their own workout benefits.
Educational Videos offer a multitude of exercise inventory and ideas. Often in a program you can’t teach or train every exercise and variety and progress are the cornerstones of efficacy.
It’s a triple dose of fun!
