Description
WaterART Pilates and Dance program is an integrated system designed to help people learn, or re-learn, optimal postural stability and balance for the body.
This program blends principles of concentration, control, precision, breathing, fluidity with mind-body orchestration. Water Pilates will provide a unique inventory of water exercise ideas and progressions for both warm and cool pools.
The program utilizes a variety of equipment including buoyancy belts, noodles, air filled balls, training finns, kick boards and WaterART mitts.
CEC (continuing education credit) hours for re-certification will be completed online. A link will be sent to you via email with the confirmation of your purchase and payment receipt. All candidates must have your own copy of the corresponding video to complete and submit this quiz for Continuing Education Credits (CECs).
