This follow-along water workout is specially designed to target your heart with cardio interval sets while using rubber tubing with handles for strengthening sets. You will target every major muscle group including your abdominals!
An advantage of learning how to use tubing is these same exercises taught in the water can also be used on land for an equally intense workout!
