Description
Learn how to develop a water cycling class for seniors and non swimmers in shallow water pool depths. Cycling is an excellent joint action for people with common hip, knee, back and ankle problems (except for clients with a total hip replacement).
Often impact will aggravate the joints. Work more intensely and learn how to progress from a buoyancy belt to a pool noodle (which requires more core and balance work). Experience the joy, support and comfort of a rhythmic cycling program without an expensive bicycle. An excellent water exercise starter program for all.
