There are two sizes of discs: entry level option (green) and intermediate to advanced options (orange).
Review proper technique -many people casually pick up the largest buoyant piece of equipment (generally a 6 inch hand weight ) and start working with this without being aware of the injury potential to the shoulder joint. Injury can be a result of either wear and tear (repetitive stress) or doing too much too soon. In order to work safely and efficiently, each person should learn proper form and technique and be coached for intensity progression for optimal training results.
