Learn to keep the fun in functional water exercise. Suitable for the senior population or new to exercise populations, this program trains fitness in the water for a functional life on land. Using lots of mobility to train posture, balance, agility and strength, these exercises will target muscle groups to stabilize the body for injury prevention.
This program incorporates deck teaching with pool participants for a complete work-along program. Exercises are shown both above and below water.
