Challenge your cardiovascular system using a variety of basic movements, working positions and traveling ideas. See combinations that build on the basic moves in a fun and functional workout. Challenge your group to learn coordination and use their mind. They can’t talk if they are moving and keeping up.
This video will help the instructor to keep your water workout moving without having to create or learn complicated choreography or routines.
