The goal of the program is to provide a more athletic approach to water fitness classes. This Certification program will help the Instructor take take their programs to the next level. Cardiovascular, agility, hand and eye coordination will be uniquely integrated using the protection and multi-dimensional resistance of the water.
Both shallow and deep water formats will be utilized for variety & cross training benefits. Resistance Equipment such as Yako Paddles and Resistance Cuffs will provide both overload and progressions for programming.
