Description
The number one goal for exercise is to lose weight. In water, it is easy to cheat and become too efficient! Learn specific programs designed to help your students burn the most calories in the least amount of time. We will review a variety of exercise inventories, creative techniques and ideas for efficacy.
The aquatic equipment that will be added to this program include mitts, noodles, boxers, air filled balls & tubing.
This video contains two parts.
