This 20-minute introductory program explains the difference between swimming, land exercise, traditional aquatic exercise and WaterART aquatic fitness. The water can become a liquid gym for all, but offering just one program is not suitable for all participants. This overview will help you, your patrons and clients understand the features, benefits and variety offered through WaterART water Fitness programs.
CEC (continuing education credit) hours for re-certification will be completed online. A link will be sent to you via email with the confirmation of your purchase and payment receipt.
