Description
In the water, walking patterns and progressions are used for a total body workout training all of the major muscle groups. This is a fantastic low impact water workout that avoids momentum and any torque on the joints.
This is one of our favorite programs as it blends all the components of fitness: cardio, flexibility, gait, posture, balance, strength, and agility. You will be impressed with how many ways you can water walk; over sixty!
