Deep water training provides a unique environment for water exercise, free from gravity and impact. The noodle is an excellent piece of equipment to import into your aqua fitness workouts for a deep water program.
This program showcases many creative ideas incorporating cardiovascular and muscle conditioning exercises while using the noodle. Learn the many body and noodle positions that can offer a challenging workout to both the skilled and unskilled water fitness participants.
