An exercise program designed for clients with Parkinson’s Disease and other neurological and/or common movement isorders. Learn a chair exercise program that focuses on improving range of motion through the joints, improving strength and flexibility. Follow along and learn chair exercises to help improve mental and physical performance along with function.
