Description
A comprehensive exercise inventory for people with many forms of arthritis. This program uses shallow water with a variety of modified working positions, and provides exercises for cardiovascular improvement, muscular strength, endurance and mobility. We have added equipment such as flex paddles and noodles to assist and progress basic exercises. This video also demonstrates joint range of movement (ROM) and mobility with sample water exercises to compliment land movement.
