Description
This is an excellent option to update your techniques and gain valuable CECs (continuing education credits) for your qualifications. If you are currently not Certified with WaterART Fitness – you may take this workshop to learn new techniques and tools for your practical toolbox. There are no exams and you review new moves and ideas to teach and develop your programs in both shallow & deep water depths.
This workshops will review:
SHALLOW & DEEP H20 TRAINING (Sunday August 30 2026 9am to 5pm): We will review both depths and lesson plans and often shallow & deep water programs may be neatly combined into one program. Realize though that each depth has specialized skills, unique moves and lots of benefits. Let’s review a variety of moves, working or body positions and how to combine the program designs to skilfully teach both depths simultaneously. This program will review lots of CV, strength, flexibility and balance exercises to provide multi-level options and opportunities. Training may be cleverly combined to utilize noodles simultaneously in both water depths or shallow water technique may be mirrored more easily with a deep belt workout.

Course Registration Fee Includes:
- 8 hours of training (theory & pool time) with Master Trainer Anita Murray
- Certificate of course completion for 8 CECs
- Note: There are NO exams nor quizzes with this option
- 8.0 CECs for WaterART,
- Video streaming via WaterART Fitness Educational App (for smart devices such as phones, tablets, ipads) which is unlimited streaming for Members or 6 months viewing privileges for non members and unlimited for members OR Vimeo Video streaming for all devices especially if you prefer to view video’s on a computer (Videos are a add on instead of giving you notes)

- Candidates who have expired will be required to pay a $20.00 Late Certification Renewal fee
- This option is not available for candidates who have been expired for more then 1 year – you must redo the Certification process
