Description
Learn how to modify and program specific to water exercise and the different goals and needs of expectant mothers. Water exercise is an excellent modality for pre and post-natal fitness. Based on the American College of Obstetrician & Gynecologist (ACOG) exercise guidelines review safety and contraindications to exercise. Candidates learn both shallow and deep water program exercises to facilitate classes for both swimmers and non swimmers.
* If you are new to WaterART or water fitness training , you should start with the full Shallow H2O or Shallow and Deep H20 Instructor Certification so you have the foundation of safety and program design.
