With water training you do not wear socks so a tighter fit is recommended. The shoes fit true to your regular shoe size however, if you have longer toes, we highly recommend sizing up 1/2 size. These fit both men and women and sizing is 5-13 for women and 7-11 for men.

With security in mind, the tab on the back of the ankle helps with ease of entry. Constructed from a quick-drying mesh jersey material, it is lined with a soft EVA insole. Ideal for both land or water (deck work and/or pool ) as well as hiking and outdoor activities.
Shoes are washable but insole should be taken out to dry and shoes should NOT be placed on a heating vent or in the dryer.
We suggest that you remove the insole to dry shoes quicker or have a second pair to alternate use.
