If you are an expectant mother there are many safety considerations for exercising in the water. You will learn how to train for the endurance and strength required for labour and delivery of your child. Eexercises are demonstrated with a noodle to help support and balance the body. We recommend that the program is performed in chest deep (transitional depth) as well as deep water depths.
