Created by Julie Twynham, Victoria Berry and Susan Guichon who were professional trainers for Toronto’s Fitness Institute. This step/box/bench, low-impact, high-intensity workout is designed for both men and women, beginner and sport enthusiast.
Movin’ On Up 1-2-3 is a 60 minute workout which has been broken down into three distinct parts to give you a perfect balance of strength training and cardiovascular conditioning. It’s a great home program to have fun at your own level.

All candidates must have your own copy of the corresponding video to complete and submit this quiz for Continuing Education Credits (CECs).
