Description
Explore how to facilitate one on one training on land functionally to an aging population. You do not need a lot of machines and fancy equipment but you do need coaching skills and how to coach, progress and modify the exercise for safety and efficacy. Learn how to weight bear for helping people with bone density and training activities of daily living. This recertification program will give you an idea of how to build your career to the next level with one-on-one or small group training. Candidates will review the video programs to learn how to set up and program general clientele. Providing more individual specificity of training will help instructors to learn how to balance a total body program for their many clients that come to programs. This course offering will renew all of your land and/or water Certifications with WaterART Fitnesss for two years from your current expiration date.
