Description
An excellent way to kick your programs up a notch is using training fins. Finning during lane swim or as part of your Boot Camp Program will provide unique advance Cardiovascular Training as well as superior core abdominal targeting. This is a no impact way to train the quadriceps and lower leg (tibialis anterior) muscles that typically need more strengthening to maintain your weight bearing activities on land. You may utilize short or long fins and we do recommend a “super closed cell noodle”. This workout may be done in 3 1/2 feet of water or more.
