Learn how to create a functional exercise program to assist frail to moderately active seniors to improve their health and mobility. Standing or sittting in a chair, this program will provide a selection of ideas for instructors to create a balanced and enjoyable program. Equipment such as fit bands, free weights, resistant tubing, golf tubes, ribbons are used to provide variety and progression.
