This program has been developed especially for individuals who can walk to the pool on their own but may have limited mobility and may be nervous and/or a non-swimmer.
Things that need to be said:
- Don’t let these people use the wall!
- Get people moving immediately. If they are unable to move by themselves they need to be shown correct movement with the instructor.
The WaterART Fitness goal is to keep participants safe, yet teach them how to move functionally.
This program consists of two videos. (Part one 1 -41 minutes & Part 2 -40 minutes running time)
