This Shallow & Deep aqua fitness program illustrates deck work and under and over water footage of both shallow & deep depths. We taped this outside and neighbors were a bit noisy but we hope this gives you a feel of the challenge of teaching two water depths simultaneously. Please realizing that there are many skills, body compositions, health histories, and fitness levels that make up any given class, therefore, try to utilize basic yet effective moves that work each depth. Moves may be similar or completely unique.
