This program exclusively uses a noodle. The program can be also done with a buoyancy belt if your client is a non-swimmer.

Experience drills to challenge your mind and train your body with an specific aquatic cycling program.  This program may be performed in deep, shallow and/or transitional water depths.  There is no bottom-of-the-pool contact.

Learn how to develop a complete water cycling class utilizing a suspended working position in shallow water or deep-water depth. This non impact – high intensity program will capture the athlete in everyone as well as bring more new patrons to your pool programs. You may choose to utilize a noodle or a buoyancy belt with this workout.

We do utilize music in order to emphasize the importance of  the rhythm and cadence aquatic cycling.
