Description
Although “Noodling” is not an Olympic sport, we can utilize the noodle to create many fun yet challenging exercises to provide not only entertainment to our programs –but added challenge and excitement.
Realize the noodle may be utilized for assistance or resistance, and the exercises that follow are suggested for participants who are sufficiently skilled and comfortable in the water.
These exercises will take the intensity up a notch. This is a great resource for a Certified Instructor who may want to train high performance athletes who are skilled in water, or use as an add-on for the Sports Conditioning Specialist certification.
This video will provide some ideas that may be incorporated into your group exercise programs.
Educational Videos offer a multitude of exercise inventory and ideas. Often in a program you can’t teach or train every exercise and variety and progress are the cornerstones of efficacy.
