Description
Filmed in Cozumel Mexico 2018 at the WaterART Conference. Underwater review of exercises to add to your general populations programs (realizing that clients need to be always comfortable and skilled to work out with a noodle only). We do not recommend using both a belt and noodle as most people taking classes may be already too buoyant. However, a super sinker would be an exception to the rule. Always have your less abled or skilled non swimmer clients stay in aqua fitness. (pool session)
