The goal of this program is to provide the theoretical knowledge to plan a safe, effective and high intensity no-nonsense workout.
Clients crave a more athletic approach to H2O fitness programs, so stop the talking and get moving! This lesson plan will provide Instructors with an exercise design system. Review how to mix intervals of high intensity with active recovery sets. Learn to maximize your client(s) workout using the protection and multidimensional resistance of the water. Short and intense bursts of cardiovascular exercise will be blended with muscular conditioning sets for a total body full workout. Equipment such as dumbbells will reviewed for safety and for intensity overload. Find out how the Instructor can take command of your groups.
What is a Tutorial Video? A tutorial is a video-guided PowerPoint presentation with a Certified WaterART Master Trainer which reviews all the classroom sessions and information that instructors would typically receive if attending an on-site training event. Video tutorials are an excellent investment as they can be reviewed several times, especially if the information is new and somewhat overwhelming. We highly recommend our guided tutorials to those who are not familiar with exercise science.
Videos may be utilized for CEC (continuing education credit) hours for re-certification when quiz is purchased.
