Description
An gentle arthritis program is an excellent entry level session for anyone new to water exercise and/or with limitations. The goal is to be sure a client is not “in pain” for at least two hours after a class. The Certified Instructor must offer low impact and low to moderate intensity exercise options to help the clients benefit with water exercise either in regular pool temperatures or warm water pools.
