Inez Cann will take you through a small group exercise program (general level) and ideas of how to help people with a multitude of medical issues who have been cleared by their physio for aqua fitness training. Realize that some of her clients stay with the program for many months and new clients are always joining the programs so she must always add modifications and progressions to keep everyone moving at their own personal best level of intensity and skill level.
