Therefore Instructors must have a variety of exercise inventory and ideas to help this population. Additionally, standing exercises will add more functional well being when coupled with movements that are helping to weight bear or load the body. Muscles help protect the joints as well as support good posture. There is no one size fits all so assume the instructor must provide modifications or tips to individualize any exercise to suit the participants health history, skill and motivational level.
