Description
This quiz is based on the Land Gentle Senior Home Workout Program video, which shows you how you can work out in the privacy of your home. It keeps you moving at a steady pace for gentle cardio while adding in some resistive band training and floor work. The program ends with some gentle stretching using Tai Chi and other mind-body techniques. Work at your own level; do as little or as much as you wish.
