Description
This quiz is based on the Arthritis Aquatic Instructor Tutorial video, which will help instructors fast track their skills and knowledge to build suitable programs for people with different forms of arthritis as well as other limitations from lack of mobility and strength. The video has two parts and covers topics such as simple exercises for those with arthritis and how to progress these exercises in the water to increase mobility.
