These Mind Body Videos were recorded on October 24 2020 for 8.0 CECs. Review practical tips and techniques for managing a group exercise class in shallow water depth for a blend of mind body (tai chi, yoga and Pilates) movements. Choose to view your videos via either WaterART Fitness App or Vimeo video streaming showcase. We do recommend that you get up and move around to learn the movements demonstrated. Once reviewed you simply email us for a link to answer the google quizzes. There is no time limit to answer quizzes; however, once you close browser of the test the answers are submitted.
