The video gives a general overview with pictures of the structure of the human body and how the body moves. It reviews anatomical terms to help understand body positioning and how to use good body technique to program pain-free movement. Safe, full-range movement for each joint is shown and to cover specificity of training there is some discussion of factors, such as total hip or knee replacement that can affect movement and full range of motion. There are many suggestions for modifications of exercises with limited movement to help the instructor put a safe program together.
