We offer instructors free Zoom Help Sessions for Certification candidates who need help completing exam process. Certified or Enthusiast members have unlimited viewing of all videos purchased products.

Step One Expand your career options to teach functional group exercise with a focus on seniors and aging well. Geared for regular well balanced classes for low impact either standing or seated chair exercise. Our programs incorporate lots of total body muscular strengthening and stretching. You may start with Senior Instructor, General Group Exercise or a Land Personal Training Program.

Step Two Senior Exercise and the aging population is growing demographic. Offering more specialized programming to better help a specialized clientelle. Learn about specialty areas such as Arthritis, People with Common Movement Disorders and Healthy Weight Management.
