Description
This workout will review a shallow & deep water class with Master Trainer Adriana Affinito. Review how to create a safe, enjoyable and effective workout using similar basic movements in shallow and deep water. We know that having non bottom contact and bottom contact change the speed of movement as well as the challenge.
