V221- Sit and Stand Land Arthritis Program



Joanne Hannan, Master Trainer from Richmond Hill Ontario, will provide a gentle mobility program for people with the many forms of arthritis. Please remember that you may need to offer safety tips for modifying some of the movements for people with limitations (especially Total Hip Replacements). Always demonstrate modifications at beginning of the program and allow people to work at their preferred level of intensity (check in with RPE). Remember not all people have the same limitations or pain issues so always give a variety of options to exercise at their personal best level of intensity.
