Sharon will guide you through a senior exercise program using a looped 15 inch fit band and a chair. Remember clients may choose to complete the exercises without the band (may use ribbon or tape measure for non resistance). Fit Bands may be utilized for variable resistance so showing clients how to lesson or create more tension with the band for strength training benefits helps everyone work at their personal best level of intensity.
