V250 – Senior Land Fitness Workout



This follow a long low impact functional workout uses music. Instructors may utilize music with their programs or not. This program will utilize equipment such as weights, golf tube and is all standing workout (no floor or chair work). Be sure to check in with a rate of perceived exertion so that the instructor may provide modifications (if necessary) to lower intensity. Assume the senior demographic may be a very diverse group -active and not so active; however, all require movement. If someone is new – suggest that they not use any equipment the first class so that they may monitor and see how they feel after the session.
